How to get started
In this step whether it be by email, phone, or walk in, you will meet the person that will assist you in building your dream home. At Ideal Homes we have a professional and friendly sales team ready to help choose layouts and design your vison. In this stage we highly recommend visiting our partnering factories' websites and facilities to understand more in depth of what Modular and Manufactured construction entails!
Choose a floorplan & Select options
In this stage we strive to meet your budgeting and design expectations by working with our partnered factories to deliver a ballpark price.
Pre-Contract
Now that you have selected your home, our team will go to work bringing in final bids from sub-contractors to deliver a final contract price.
Contract Signing
All bids have been received, and now you are ready to place the order on your home! Our goal is to make every homeowner feel comfortable and understanding of each part of the contract before signing.
Controlled Environment Construction
Now that the factory has received the order to move forward with production, they will begin ordering all parts necessary to complete your home. Once the house gets on the factory line, the construction typically takes 20-23 days to complete depending on the project. Toward the end of the project, we encourage homeowners to visit the factory to see their home in action!
Delivery and Set
Once construction is completed in the factory, it is time to deliver your home! Your home is shipped at your preferred timeframe, and set right before your eyes.
Button Up
Now that your home has been delivered, it is time for all the "button up" work. Ideal Homes is a full general contractor and will help coordinate and finish your build until move in day!
Final Walkthrough
When your home is finally complete, our trained staff will do a final walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure nothing was missed upon completion. Once you sign off on the home, keys are handed over and the memories can begin!
